CONCIERGE APPOINTMENTS

Dr. Ashley provides concierge appointments for days she is usually out of the office.  There is a non-refundable $150 charge that will be processed upon booking this appointment. This charge does not go towards your services. 

Concierge appointments are typically reserved for FILLERS.  Concierge patients are reserved for people getting 2 or more syringes. 


Because we open fresh vials of neurotoxins daily, it is hard for us to accommodate Xeomin Concierge patients that get more or less than 50 units. 

 

REFERRAL POLICY

Clients who refer a new client to the practice will receive a $50 account credit to be used towards services. Accounts will be credited once the new client has paid for a service. New clients must write your name on their short information form at their initial consultation. No retroactive credits will be given.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know your time is valuable and we do our best to provide timely service and extend consideration to all of our wonderful patients. At this time consultations are complimentary, however we require a credit card on file to book a consultation. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Please let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment. IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 3 WORKING DAYS (72 HOURS) PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, A $50 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ACCOUNT. You must pay this balance BEFORE any further appointments are honored. If an appointment is part of a package or has been prepaid, failure to cancel within 3 business days (72 hours) will result in a forfeited appt. In the event of 3 or more Late Cancellations or No Shows, we reserve the right to dismiss the patient from our practice. We understand emergencies arise and we do our best to accommodate all.

 

OTHER POLICIES

CHILD POLICY: For the safety of children and the comfort of our guests, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10.


CELL PHONE POLICY: With respect for our clients, no cell phone use is permitted in our treatment area but we will certainly take a selfie with you if you ask!
